What is SDG ?
SDG stands for Sustainable Development Goals. Adopted by the United Nations in 2015, these are a set of 17 universal, interconnected goals with specific targets to be achieved by 2030. They aim to create a blueprint for a more sustainable, just, and prosperous world by ending poverty and hunger, protecting the planet from climate change and environmental degradation, improving health and education, reducing inequality, and ensuring peace and strong institutions for all people and the planet.
